Location

Bay View Lodge is located on the south shore of Rush Lake in the Whitefish Chain, one of the best known lake chains in the state. Located between Whitefish and Cross Lake, our bay is always calm and excellent for fishing or boating. The large, sugar-sand beach at Bay View Lodge features a volleyball net, bonfire ring, picnic area and wood-fired sauna.

Enjoy swimming, paddle-boating, kayaking and canoeing at no extra charge. Non-swimmers and kids can enjoy the clear water of Rush Lake in the safety of our roped-off swimming area. A driving raft is just outside of the swimming, waiting for the more experienced swimmers. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of game fish in the Whitefish chain, including walleye, northern, bass and pan fish. Bay View Lodge offers other recreational activities, including horseshoes, table tennis, pinball, video games, movies and a pool table. The resort is close to attractions, dining and shopping.
